FYI, Autopilot was ruled to be legal in the EU.... Also, this is not the first time Tesla gets investigated. NHTSA can simply test these scenarios objectively, you know because science.... The balls to make all these assumptions without knowing all the context the Tesla team has in their disposal blows my mind. I guess when clicks are low just talk about Tesla 🤷♂️ . Good thing Tesla uploads all the car data and can easily repute these allegations. Lets ignore all the lives that have been saved. Should we wait 10 more years for Lidar to be cheap enough for mass adoption? How many more lives will die while we wait? The companies that use these radars are also getting into accidents themselves and they have way fewer cars on the road and only allowed to drive when there is minimal traffic. If you are not a whistle blower in the Tesla AI team with valuable information then stfu and don't make ignorant assumptions. 🙏... Do you really think Tesla would rather lose billions in lawsuits and lose to other competing technologies just to save a few bucks in radar? How much more money will they lose if FSD doesn't work as they hoped?... Instead of making ignorant 8 min videos, have a discussion with AI experts from both sides of the fence.
