They have no incentive to oppose Russia. Morality only goes so far when you have national debt (ie tech debt from relying overtly on Russian hardware for our militaries).
It would be an interesting experiment in human progress if the Global South would also exert pressure on Russia to end the war. I will not give up on this hope. But perhaps we must think in a new paradigm for that.
