Superintelligence is not going to make goods and services more available at better prices. It is going to increase the profit margins of them for the owners. There is no utopia where this all benefits society. It only widens the gap between the haves and the have-nots.
This is not like the engine replacing the horse and buggy where the buggy repairman learns to repair engines. In that same analogy, this is where it eliminates the need for all transportation and nobody is needed to repair anything anymore.
