It has always made me wonder how to decide whether one is sentient or not. Like in some movies, or games when there is an AI or robot that seemingly has emotions is it really sentient or are the programming codes made for it to look like it's sentient? Like in the video game "Detroit become human" how to decide if they're sentient or whether it's just a bug in their codes which are made for them to look sentient?
