Because the bottom 50% are now doing 0 work and the top 50% are going to burn out or leave for being overworked trying to pick up the slack Copilot does not increase productivity more than 5-10%. It is a slight convenience at best and requires constant supervision lest it make some shit up or leak your company's source code online I appreciate early adopters but this is more like "drinking the Koolaid"
