Got to keep those developing nations from developing. Are we surprised?
But.... if I'm honest with myself I wouldn't jump at the change to buy a vaccine made in my country. I mean I love the place but nothing really works like it should here. So I highly doubt that any medicine made here would be good. Might be good in the beginning... slowly but surely corruption would sneak it's way into everything and we would be left with sugar tablets if we are lucky.
