It's anecdotal, but one of my friends has injuries and PTSD from his time in the military. He's happily married, currently works at the VA, and is working towards a degree in health administration. Just talking to him you'd never think there was anything troubling him because he's always "happy-go-lucky." My dude hits at least half a dozen dabs a day (after work). I have no doubt that it helps him a ton.
