I'm interested to know if you think that the current situation is better. Stack Overflow wasn't perfect, and the issues you described were definitely true. However, SO forced users to really think about the question they were asking in their attempt to understand a solution. With modern AI tools, you simply get the answer without having to work for it, or understand it at all.

Instead, it will develop much like a human being or any other living organism. It will grow and learn within its environment, much like a child growing up among us. Moreover, it will not be a single machine or a standalone AI system. Rather, it will give rise to an entirely new civilization—one that coexists with humanity and lives alongside us as another intelligent form of life.

StackOverflow is still a very important tool for most of developers and yes, it taught us the correct way to ask respectfully for others time and debug our own problems.
