Some of them are just bare minimum regulations that don't really depend on technological details. Like the rule that a chatbot should disclose that it's a chatbot and not a human - that's just common sense. But there are other stuff that may be problematic if it's overregulated, like AI for robots. I hope robotics companies won't be drowned in regulations as it's a super important field for economic growth.
