After seeing this whole thing... he is DEFINITELY so defensive about criticism of his art BECAUSE he is so doubtful of his own artistic capabilities. He DOES NOT believe it when he says he's a great artist... EXCEPT if it includes his "ability" to use AI. It's... VERY sad to me. That's all I can feel when he talks about art... is sad... specifically for how little self respect he has for himself and his capabilities.
