Same, honestly, i hate those tech corporations (Google I'm looking at you) that insist on investing in these ai that can possibly end humanity not in lives but in creativity, and art. Major ai companies- i mean idiots are openly racing to build a superintelligence as fast as possible despite having no concrete plans for how to actually control such an ai, why should we trust them to actually control wildly intelligent systems in the future when they cant control braindead chatbots they have? Im frustrated that tech firms keep insisting on pouring billions of dollars into the development of potentially world ending general ai systems when single purpose ai systems give us mostly the same technological value as a bot fed all human knowledge, designed to do everything.
