I'm with you about that opinion.
It's worrying.
Still, I will give you an example. Me being a human means that I have personal issues, which machines don't have. And in order to deal with those, I used AI to make music to help me to release my own struggles.
I may not have views in my channel, monetization from it, but the mental health I gained by doing these songs helped me to move on. That's priceless to my health.
