Those are very large statements that would be difficult to enforce. What you could do is have people register their work as copyright like people do with music and then subscribe to a licensing company if they want to collect dues when AI uses their content or references anything about them. That actually is doable. But just saying people aren’t allowed to Use people‘s content isn’t going to change anything. You have to empower the people on the content to collect what they are owed
