@salvatoreocello The issue is that if we are going to go for the route of anthropomorphizing the AI because it "learns just like a human" (VERY common defense, by the way), then by extension it makes the AI the artist. Not the prompter. We tend to credit the creation of an artwork to the commissioned human artist despite the commisioner owning the rights to the image (but that's only because the commissioned artist consented to the terms of the transaction), so why would we treat AI any differently if we're going to humanize it like that?
