God... People on the internet... Did you even listen to the entirety of the interview? Go to time 1:04:15 in this interview and listen for the next minute and a half and she even makes that very point in discussing while it doesn't have to be this way, but that the incentive structure of the system is pointing in a different direction.
So in short, you are totally wrong in your assertion that she does not know enough about LLMs.
