TBH, assuming the rogue AI scenario doesn't come true and I don't think it will... yet. The oligarchs will do some crappy bread and circuses shit where they string along the poor. Or more than likely, fabricate a war or pandemic to depopulate the Earth to make the remaining population way more manageable under their new AI supercharged surveillance state. That's my best guess anyway.
