Building houses is, surprise, a job that real human people do. Your argument is shaky at best and just stupid at worst. People can choose to work in construction just like people can choose to work in artistic fields. Getting ai to steal from real artists' works and generate you something with no thought or care put into it is not like commissioning a real artist at all. Generating ai slop not only harms the environment but steals from real artists. Commissioning an artist is getting personalized art from a real person and supporting their livelihood. f you can't understand the difference, then nobody can help you.
