its actually a lot more like tracing someones art and then not crediting them. it would be a lot better if there was consent given, but there is 0 consent for any of the art taken from artists, and people making others pay for ai images. so not only are people taking art from others without consent, but some are even making money off of 0 work.
(also by defintion, ai "art" is not art, theyre just images. art, by definition, is human made)
