That’s assuming the data set it’s been given has no racial bias. It can be very easy to overlook factors in the data set that are bias tho.
Like an example of this would be that there are more white employees than black employees in a company because there are more white people living in an area than black people. The ai could then assume that black peoples are less qualified for a certain job and then favour white candidates even if they are less qualified.
