If it is a human, who uses a tool (for example ChatGPT), then is it the tool, that is writing or is it the human?
If your phone automatically corrects grammatical errors or automatically fulfills words based on previous ones and a couple of letters, is it you that is writing the sentence or the phone?
What we currently call A.I. has no intelligence. You cannot tell ChatGPT that you designate it as the writer of your next movie or TV series, and expect it to fulfill the same role as a human writer. You will need to employ a human to use ChatGPT to do the writing, so it will be always a human, that does the job.
Hence it is meaningless to state that it has to be a human, who does the job.
