The difference here would be that your mind is capable of creativity. *You* can make something new out of something you've been inspired by. When your mind creates something, it's factoring not only your inspirations, but you as a person. Your environment, your life experiences, your current mood, etc. AI can't do any of that.
Humans are all individually unique, and that's how we get unique art.
