It's not on the same level, not even in the slightest. Real art has emotions and depth, and is individual. Humans put some thought into it. Your AI image is just one image created from a huge database of many images, where the artists weren't even asked if it was okay to use their art. Furthermore, AI isn't capable of understanding emotions, the thought processes behind images.
