When an artist is learning, in whatever area they are, they usually study artists that came before them, either just by looking at their art or even copying to learn their techniques. It's the same with AI.
So if you ever tried to draw or play something that has already been done by someone else just to improve your own art, you have no moral high ground to trash AI for doing the same.
