Yes, using AI to do their homework appeals to their lazy side and comes with the cost of them not actually learning anything. Get out of college with a degree, even engineers, and actually know very little. Paid 80k for an education and didn't get educated.....their own fault.
Humanity's personal capability has greatly regressed since everyone got a computer. In the 60's all engineers only needed a slide ruler. Today engineers have to use software to do most of it for them and without the software, would be completely lost and incapable.
