@morningcupofcyanide Completely forgot about that fact. You can just open a website at any time. Even though some of us pretend that therapists are just machines, AI are literal robots. It won't judge you, get mad you called at 12:00 AM, get upset that you missed a meeting, probe you on questions you're not comfortable answering. It can't feel. It's infinitely patient. It's still a free trial for a real therapist. But a step below a therapist is still better than what most people can provide you.
