To go along with the first half of what you said... If you remove humans from productivity... Well what are they producing for? There needs to be consumers too... Will AI be the consumers? It's the whole system that needs a rethink.
To your second part, absolutely. Human to machine connection is not one of the things we need more of. Especially when struggling. I'm grateful I have an amazing therapist and I can pay her. I don't want to talk to a computer no matter how cool it is.
