discovery is difficult because no one really knows why ai do what they do. the level of effort required to demonstrate systemic discrimination is huge. one approach would be to create a sandbox that presents a huge number of responses to jobs and show statistical discrimination. idk how to prevail: despite unlawful outcomes, it's filtered through ground glass so nobody can see what's really going on!
