AI isn't a species, it's a tool that exists with a purpose. Even if it were advance to the point where it mimics humans or other species in more ways, it's just a mirror choosing what to reflect based off of its design. Just because something looks, sounds, and even feels like a duck, it doesn't make it a duck. And just because there are causes for why a human and their brain does certain things based on other factors or observations, that's not all human thought is (unlike a machine). Those are the means by which we do something, not the ends.
In regards to art, art isn't the end product. Art is the process, and what you end up with at the end is just a picture, or a structure, or a song.
