I can imagine a lot of people who use that point (If knowing about the term ableism at all) probably feel the same way. It's already inherently Infantilizing to assume disabled people can't make art without AI in the first place and the AI they worship is saving all of the poor disabled people and allowing them to make "art" ignoring all the current and in the works tools disabled people actually are using to make real art. Gross stuff.
