This is like arguing about the technicallity of communication.
I could tell you that accidentally having your leg fall out of your bed isnt communication, and a lot of people like you would reply with a 5 page thesis, sumamrized as "well theres no such thing as accidental in the grand scheme of things, also putting my leg out is communicating because I am communicating that I am tired or asleep. It also works when im asleep because my brain is technically active, etc, etc, etc".
