the "government of the moment"... in nations that can currently afford the technology and mass production of this type of weapon. Not to mention the complete lack of regulation of the drone market, I wonder how long it will take for the first domestic versions of this type of weapon to appear; facial recognition softwares, autonomous navigation, and the production of small explosive charges are not outside the reality of many radicals out there...
