Honestly, it's plagiarism by definition and believe it or not, just because you can put the ingredients in different order that will still make slop.
AI is built upon scraped material, used without consent and without any transformative changes, it's just feeding it so it can pump out slop. If a bread factory grabbed bread from other bakers and just smushed them into a paste and selling a brick made out of that paste, that suddenly is not stealing???
AI cannot be trained or learned, it's just stealing and you're just forcing it to not fail, it has not awareness factor for it to learn anything.
