@Berserkmannnot really. Even if someone does commit art theft, they have a human mind and have chosen to steal for a reason. Whether or not that's justified isn't the point. Because art is made to tell a human story. Even if the story behind an art piece is based in theft, that's still a meaningful story because it naturally tells a story of human nature. AI art doesn't tell any story because nobody thought of it or what to do with it.
