Sure there won't ever be a "if you do AI art you will be arrested by the police" but there is surely A TON of calls for BANNING AI art everywhere...and whenever a website state they'll allow AI you can be sure the internet will have a nuclear meltdown and call for either abandonning this idea or boycott it to death.
The most recent exemple I can think of was r/balatro where ONE random post was AI and ONE mod...on an other side subreddit, voiced he was pro AI ....and r/balatro got brigaded (users outsider of a specific subreddit and invaded it to are only there togethers to create their own echo chamber (or just to torll)) like a huge shitstorm for days.
Yeah no one is talking about making it illegal. /s
