@shroomer8294 i did not redefine anything you dumbass. Go open how a dataset is created. If I hired a school of 2 million kids and told them to browse available data, I would have an army of 2 milion kids with knowledge of most generic digital artwork first, then everything esle second.
Stealing, in terms of digital media means by definion, hacking into prohibited zones to COPY and redistribute a set of data, images, video or music files.
AI as it is current will never be able to reproduce a 1:1 copy of any work it has learned upon.
It can however be considered a "Fanficiton" (That doesn't infringe copy-writes) or specifically "Derivate" or "inspired by"
On a surface level its a SIth Holding a Lightsaber, but on a deep level its color and pixel organisation, even the method to achieve such order is not the same as original work.
I invented nothing. I am trying to explain to a caveman the difference between stealing and looking at things publicly available.
