They add "invisible" stuff on the image, you can see clearly on some others cases (not on the video). Nightshade are great if you do high-res painting.
The AI will see maybe a cat on a painted dog. Or will think than a cow being yellow/pink is normal and give it wrong tags. For what i understand.
