AI generators aren't television or TikTok. They don't just throw random images at you.
In the case of stable diffusion, you first have to specify what you want, and then the AI will dream up something that more or less matches the description and parameters.
There are limits. It cannot invent new visual styles. It only knows about things that are in the training data. It cannot ask for clarification.
You will always get something, even for nonsense. And that is why there is a lot of AI-generated crap.
To get anything good requires intent. It helps tremendously to have a background in art history.
But telling people that the new thing doesn't make things effortless is not good for business. Anyone can be Beethoven with this new electric keyboard, the new broom will sweep the floor by itself, AI will draw your ideas for you, and there's pie in the sky.
