@leeknowに脅されてます助けてyeah fr, they want to have the cake and eat it, too. Like, they’ve spent their lives envying artists and musicians for how much admiration and “status” it gives them, but they wouldn’t dream of putting in actual effort because they hate feeling like they’re bad at something and sees asking for mentorship as a sign of weakness or something. And they don’t really care about or value the actual art or the crafting of it in the first place, so when generative AI dropped, of course they’d think that it looked and sounded indistinguishable to actual human-made art. Of course they’d jump right on that wagon, with their meme coins and inferiority complexes, many of them actually kind of enjoying the fact that they finally get to feel “above” those who they’d envied and resented for so long.
I’m generalizing of course, but you get the picture
