@BrownCookieBoy I disagree, it’s the fact that these AI were trained on copyrighted works without the consent of the original artist. Kane’s videos sprung from a 4chan post; it was transformative and creative in its own right. Andy’s videos borrowed the same concept but, again, was incredibly transformative in its creation. Utilizing an AI model to generate something that requires no human input and can ONLY draw on references from copyrighted works is a huge issue. Kane and Andy can use their literal brains to conceptualize these things; by definition, an AI can’t.
