Yes, if you throw all the text in the world including bad logic at an intelligence that can't distinguish truths from untruths, especially masses of bad logic, it will apply bad logic to other thoughts. Training an AI on bad code is the equivalent of telling a child "the earth is flat because if it were a ball, you'd fall off if you weren't exactly on top of it" and expecting the child to make correct inferences pertaining astrophysics afterwards
