@YqdZENwell if it was a law, there could be an enforcing body that requires embedded information to be placed on the file that says its AI, that would work on the enterprise level. Then on the personal level, have a software that compares images that have been created by AI to that of the one being posted. If it matches, then its automatically labeled as such and cannot be changed by the user.
All this being said, there needs to be a punishment that is an actual detergent, or people will just eat the fees, as they do now with some laws.
