@kamimaza There is a really fun period of early motorization where Europe is a wonky mix. There are cars, but they are not as common. Horses are still there. A car is not spooky but not necessarily a private individual owns.
LLMs have no barrier. They are available all over the world. They got all the money, all the PR, all the deregulation. There should be no barrier.
