@MxNSTR Your brain is taking 1:1 the image(s) you see. You don't have to be conscious of it, nor have to remember it. The brain does a lot of culling before the information reaches you frontal lobe, which means it is still processed by your brain. It will influence you in someway or another after you see it willingly or not. Which is why the video is fundamentally wrong about how images are processed by the brain and a neural network. AIs can weight in point to focus, either from arbitrary criteria or from reinforced learning. The brain act exactly like the latter case in the form of experience. Even if they take 1:1 an image, AIs will blend what the have seen into a new composition. This is by definition not stealing or copying when it is, also by definition, derivative. Of course if you ask an AI to produce an image in the style of X, it will produce similarities. Then again, if you ask a human, they would do the same and also produce an image in the style of X.
