Morality is shaped towards one goal, creating a functioning society.
Societies function better when people aren't randomly murdered. Societies function better when we have a clear delineation of who is allowed to use what things at what time. Societies function better when children are not subject to sexual trauma. Societies function better when we allow everyone to participate freely.
It is certain that an AI will be able to develop a better set of social rules that bring more happiness to everyone. Since totalitarianism doesn't bring more happiness or name an efficient society it won't be totalitarianism that is designs.
