Same. The more time I spend using AI and interacting with it, the more I understand it's strengths but also much more clearly it's limitations. It's like it's been demystified now, and there is no way it could do my job. BUT it could take away some of the tasks I complete at work. And if, say, 20% of my tasks are handled by AI, do we need 20% fewer of people in my role at my workplace? That's where I'm imagining we see some small reductions in staff, but it's not going to happen super fast. And part of the reason for that is, my company, like many, don't have their internal data or systems set up for AI to function with. And, organization specific work may take organization specific data to train an AI model, and there may not be enough (idk how accurate my understanding of that last part is but seems like it could be a thing.)
