The only problem is that most of the AI "tools" available today have been fed the art of millions of other artists...even I might support it if someone fed the AI their own art but I don't think Stable Diffusion does that...(edit: nevermind someone corrected me, it does do that. So I hope the creators of this anime did exactly that because in that case this may be the first ethical use of GenAI in animation AS LONG AS THEY DON'T UNDERPAY THE ANIMATORS)
But the thing is, *currently* all big corpos are using AI while all the Indies are avoiding AI...
