No it's just the logical conclusion of an ethic on conflict.
I think it's great that you volunteered for a debate which I assume is well out of your wheelhouse, and obviously your comment wasn't meant as an extension of the debate formally, but the callous bit is just a misunderstanding of the use of the NAP, which isn't to explain positive moral action or virtue, but just to tell you what is most certainly wrong, which can feel wrong if you're used to aggression being done in the name of the greater good.
This seems to be a persistant part of your arguments that you don't grasp, where you examine—or better said, speculate—on some ends, without addressing the means being fundementally different, ie in the case of disabled artists which you call a stalemate: weaponization of force and violence to wrest AI tools from a disabled man's hands vs the voluntary use of tools that may compete with the voluntary use of an artist's labor. One necessitates conflict, the other does not.
