Because we are still confusing it with that old answer machine from back in the day... the more people are going to learn that the AI is advanced enough and even more advanced and knowledgeable to solve my problem than a human, very soon people won't want to speak to a human, they will only want to speak to the AI just because it knows a lot more and has much quicker and more accurate responses.
