The difference is that most people can't recall it with a high degree of accuracy and even if I could if I started a blog based on their blog I think the lawyers would come pretty quickly.
It might be different if the AI wasn't mass distributing it and acting as a replacement, a lot of the time when I use one if I search what it said it's almost word for word.
