I’m a family law attorney so I had no idea what PLRA was, but have you looked into something like NotebookLM to keep documents organized and run searches based on the documents? The pro version is only $20/month, and I use it for trial prep. Outside of legal research, don’t fall into the trap of thinking you HAVE to use legal-specific software.
